Open the Premium screen and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you bought with.
How do I cancel the Yearly plan?
iPhone / iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
You can also tap “Manage subscription” in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by the store you bought from. App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Google Play refund policy.
How does AI scoring work?
Writing and speaking are scored by a language model that runs on your device. Download it once (about 2.9 GB, over Wi-Fi) in Profile › Storage, or when you first open Writing or Speaking.
Do I need the internet?
Once, on first launch, to download the lessons. After that most of the app works offline. Pictures and recordings load the first time you open them.
Is this the official exam?
No. PolishPro is an independent app and is not affiliated with the State Commission for the Certification of Proficiency in Polish as a Foreign Language. Practice tests are for training only.
